報名時須提供有效的電郵地址及Whatsapp電話號碼。所有訊息均通過Whatsapp(5502-5897)通知參加者。請勿重複使用同一個電郵地址報名,每個電郵地址只限一名參加者使用
Your email address and Whatsapp mobile number are required for registration. Messages to participants will be delivered via Whatsapp (5502-5897). Please DO NOT use the same email address for another registration. Each email address is used for one applicant only.
參加者選擇挑戰項目(2公里/ 5公里 / 8公里)。每名參加者最多可分開三個時段,完成已報名的挑戰項目。
Participants select and enrol their preferred race distance (2 km / 5 km / 8 km). Each participant should complete their race distance within 3 trials.
所有隊伍隊長必須為18歲以上人士。
All team leaders must be aged 18 or above.
所有參加者/隊伍的每名隊員必須在報名時全數繳付報名費(每位HK$250)。
All participants/teams must pay the registration fee in full upon registration ($250 / person).
除繳付參加者報名費外,參加者更可以透過額外捐款支持心光繼續為視障幼兒、學童、青少年及長者提供優質服務。
Apart from the registration fee, participants can make additional donation to support Ebenezer so as to continue the best services for visually impaired children, students, youths and elderly.
參加者/隊伍可在2021年12月5日開始報名參加及捐款,並在2021年12月5日09:00至31日23:59內完成所選的挑戰距離,及於「參加者帳戶」記錄及上載步行成績(注意:只限上載三次)。
Participants / teams can start registration and donation on 5 December 2021, and have to complete the chosen race distance as well as submit the result records on “Participant Dashboard” between 5 December 2021 09:00 and 31 December 2021 23:59 (Note: Result uploading is limited to 3 times only).
重覆上載里數紀錄將被視為無效。
Repeated uploading of results is deemed to be invalid.
任何於截止日期後或未能完成所選的挑戰里數的上載紀錄都不會被接納,並將不會獲得頒發任何電子證書及獎項。所有報名費及捐款一律不設退款。
Records submitted after the deadline or record with mileage (km) that is less than the selected race distance will be considered as incomplete race and will not be given e-certificates and awards. All kinds of paid registration fees and donation are non-refundable
參加者於步行時使用可記錄日期、時間及里數的手機應用程式(例如:TrailWatch, Strava, Garmin, Nike NRC等),完成後截圖並上載有關紀錄。
Participants use a mobile application with pedometer function (e.g. TrailWatch, Strava, Garmin, Nike NRC etc.) and record with date, time and distance, then take screenshots of the results and upload them.
