1. 我可以參加與「2021奧比斯盲俠行-盲俠敢SEE隊」嗎?

●歡迎年滿18歲人士參加。

Who is eligible to participate in 2021 Orbis Virtual Moonwalkers?

●Anyone aged 18 years and above is welcome to join.

2. 我可以怎樣報名參與「2021奧比斯盲俠行-盲俠敢SEE隊」?

●你可以在2021年11月15日至12月12日期間經https://www.orbis.org/moonwalker_enroll網上報名參加「2021奧比斯盲俠行-盲俠敢SEE隊」，並在2021年12月1日至31日完成所選挑戰路線。是次活動只接受網上報名。

How do I register for the 2021 Orbis Virtual Moonwalkers?

●You can simply register for 2021 Orbis Virtual Moonwalker on https://www.orbis.org/moonwalker_enroll during 15 November - 12 December 2021 and complete your selected virtual route(s) during 1 - 31 December 2021. Only online registration is accepted. 

3. 我必需要擁有「亞洲萬里通」會員帳戶才能參加「2021奧比斯盲俠行-盲俠敢SEE隊」嗎？

●你不需要擁有「亞洲萬里通」會員帳戶才能參加「2021奧比斯盲俠行-盲俠敢SEE隊」。但所有參加者均有機會透過「亞洲萬里通」大獎 /長氣鬼 / 快腳鬼 /  最高籌款大獎 / 最人強馬壯大獎贏取「亞洲萬里通」里數，而所贏取的「亞洲萬里通」里數會存入得獎者在報名時提供的「亞洲萬里通」會員帳戶。主辦單位鼓勵參加者在報名時提供「亞洲萬里通」會員帳戶，否則參加者會被視為放棄贏取的「亞洲萬里通」里數而不能換取其他獎賞。

Do I need to have an Asia Miles membership account in order to participate in 2021 Orbis Virtual Moonwalkers?

●It is not a must to have an Asia Miles membership account in order to register for 2021 Orbis Virtual Moonwalkers. However, every participant has the chance to enter into the Longest Distance Award, Fastest Completion Award, Grand Prize Asia Miles Award, Top Fundraising Awards and / or Most Participants Award and win Asia Miles. The Asia Miles won will be credited to winners’ membership accounts provided during registration. The Organizer encourages participants to provide their Asia Miles membership account during registration, and regrets that the Asia Miles won will be forfeited and will not be replaced by awards in other forms if otherwise.

4. 我可以參與哪些挑戰距離? 所需的費用是多少?

●你可以選擇以個人 / 團隊 / 工商隊形式參與活動，並根據喜好及能力選擇以下3個挑戰等級：

*只限完成3個支線任務者

What are the challenge level, virtual distances and registration fees?

●You can choose the Category and Level according to your interest and strength.

*For those who finished the 3 Bonus Missions 

5. 我可以同時參加多於一項挑戰嗎?

●可以。你可同時以個人、團隊及工商隊形式參與活動，但參加者須以不同的電郵地址登記參加各項挑戰。參加者登記的電郵地址及手提號碼會用作參加者帳戶登入。

Can I sign up for more than one race?

●Yes, you are welcome to sign up for different categories (e.g. Individual + Team + Corporate) and virtual routes. However participants are required to register using different email addresses for each race, as the email address and mobile number are required to form a unique participant login account.

6. 成功報名後(已全數繳付報名費及最低籌款額)，是否已經被確認參加資格?

●成功報名及繳付費用後，主辦單位會傳送一封確認電郵給你，如沒有收到有關電郵，你可透過以下幾個步驟找出原因: 1. 確認電子郵件地址正確無誤 ; 2. 以「Orbis」「奧比斯」在收件匣搜尋 ; 3. 查看垃圾收件匣。如有任何查詢，請電郵至[email protected]。

How do I know if I successfully register for the event after the payment is made?

●You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please: 1. Check that you have entered the correct email address ; 2. Search in your inbox using the keyword 'Orbis'; 3. Check your junk mail box . Please email [email protected] for further enquiries.

7. 我如何參加團隊組別?

●你可以團隊隊長身份建立團隊，也可以團隊成員的身份加入已建立的團隊。

以團隊隊長身份建立團隊：

1. 選擇一個負責人作為團隊隊長及確認團隊成員的數量。
2. 在https://www.orbis.org/moonwalker_enroll上選擇團隊組別及點擊「創建隊伍」報名。
3. 完成網上註冊和付款。
4. 成功建立團隊。你會即時收到確認電郵，內附「邀請加入隊伍」鏈結。你可以電郵鏈結邀請朋友報名加入這隊伍。

以團隊成員的身份加入已建立的團隊：

1. 在https://www.orbis.org/moonwalker_enroll上選擇團隊組別及點擊「加入隊伍」報名。報名前要取得隊伍名稱及隊長電郵。
2. 完成網上註冊和付款。
3. 成功加入隊伍。你會即時收到確認電郵。

或

1. 通過隊長電郵的「邀請加入隊伍」鏈結進入報名頁，並取得隊伍名稱及隊登記長電郵。
2. 選擇團隊組別及點擊「加入隊伍」報名
3. 完成註冊和付款。
4. 成功加入隊伍。你會即時收到確認電郵。

每位隊員擁有獨立的參賽者帳戶，可隨時登入帳戶，上傳運動里數記錄並查看報名時填寫的個人資料。只有隊長可以查看所有成員的報名資料(出生日期除外)。

How can I enrol in the Teams category?

●You can either register by creating a Team as a Team Leader or joining an existing Team as a Team Member.

To create a Team as a Team Leader,

1. Choose a team leader and confirm the number of team members.
2. Visit https://www.orbis.org/moonwalker_enroll. Select Teams Category and click ‘Create Team’.
3. Complete registration and payment online following the instruction
4. Team created. You will receive a confirmation email and a unique registration link for inviting team members to register via email.

To join an existing Team as a Team Member,

1. Visit https://www.orbis.org/moonwalker_enroll. Select Teams Category and click ‘Join Team’. You will need the Team Name and Team Leader’s email to proceed.
2. Complete registration and payment online following the instruction.
3. Team joined. You will receive a confirmation email.

OR

1. Obtain the unique registration link and information from Team Leader
2. Access the link.  Select Team Category and click ‘Join Team’. You will need the Team Name and Team Leader’s email to proceed.
3. Complete registration and payment online following the instruction.
4. Teams joined. You will receive a confirmation email.

There will be an individual Participant Dashboard for each member of the team. Each of them can login to upload mileage records and view the registered information. Only Team Leader has access to registered information of all members (except for the Date of Birth).

8. 我如何參加工商隊組別?

●工商隊管理員可先建立團隊，稍後再邀請團隊成員加入隊伍。工商隊管理員只會被視為隊伍中的聯絡人，不會計作工商隊的團隊成員及不能上傳運動里數記錄。

以工商隊管理員身份建立團隊：

1. 選擇一個負責人作為工商隊管理員及確認團隊成員的數量。
2. 在https://www.orbis.org/moonwalker_enroll上選擇工商隊組別及點擊「創建隊伍」報名。
3. 完成網上註冊。
4. 成功建立團隊。你會即時收到確認電郵，內附「邀請加入隊伍」鏈結。你可以電郵鏈結邀請團員報名加入這隊伍。

以團隊成員的身份加入已建立的團隊：

1. 在https://www.orbis.org/moonwalker_enroll上選擇工商隊組別及點擊「加入隊伍」報名。報名前要取得隊伍名稱及管理員電郵。
2. 完成網上註冊。
3. 成功加入隊伍。你會即時收到確認電郵。

或

1. 通過管理員電郵的「邀請加入隊伍」鏈結進入報名頁，並取得隊伍名稱及管理員電郵。
2. 選擇團隊組別及點擊「加入隊伍」報名
3. 完成註冊。
4. 成功加入隊伍。你會即時收到確認電郵。

每位隊員擁有獨立的參賽者帳戶，可隨時登入帳戶，上傳運動里數記錄並查看報名時填寫的個人資料。只有隊長可以查看所有成員的報名資料(出生日期除外)。

完成報名及邀請所有團員加入隊伍後，工商隊管理員需為整隊支付費用。選擇工商隊報名支付及點擊’報名’，管理員根據指示一次性繳付HK$3,000最低籌款額及每位團員HK$350 的報名費。如工商隊管理員未能在完成報名後在指定限期內完成付款，主辧單位將取消其參賽資格，不會接受及核對所上載的運動里數記錄，亦不會寄出隊伍的紀念品。

How can I enrol in the Corporate category?

●Team Admin can create a Team first and invite Team members to join. The Team Admin will be treated as the contact point and will not be count as a Team member in the Team.

To create a Team as a Team Admin,

1. Choose a Team Admin and confirm the number of team members.
2. Visit https://www.orbis.org/moonwalker_enroll. Select Corporate Category and click ‘Create Team’.
3. Complete registration online following the instruction.
4. Team created. You will receive a confirmation email and a unique registration link for inviting team members to register via email.

To join an existing Team as a Team Member,

1. Visit https://www.orbis.org/moonwalker_enroll. Select Corporate Category and click ‘Join Team’. You will need the Team Name and Team Admin’s email to proceed.
2. Complete registration online following the instruction.
3. Team joined. You will receive a confirmation email.

OR

1. Obtain the unique registration link and information from Team Admin.
2. Access the link. Select Corporate Category and click ‘Join Team’. You will need the Team Name and Team Admin’s email to proceed.
3. Complete registration and payment online following the instruction.
4. Teams joined. You will receive a confirmation email.

There will be an individual Participant Dashboard for each member of the team. Each of them can login to upload mileage records and view the registered information. Only Team Admin has access to registered information of all members (except for the Date of Birth).

After completing the registration and inviting all Team members in Team, Team Admin will proceed to payment.  Select Corporate Payment and click ‘Register’ , Team Admin will follow the instruction and settle the HK$3, 000 minimum donation per team and HK$350 registration fees per team member. For Team Admin who fails to complete the full payment after all team members have registered within a designated period, the registration will be regarded as unsuccessful. Any uploaded mileage record will not be accepted and no souvenirs will be delivered to the Team.

9. 如我參加團隊/ 工商隊組別，每隊人數限制是多少?

●每隊團隊人數為2-4人，每隊工商隊人數為8-10人。

How many Team Members can I have for a Team or Corporate Team?

●2-4 persons are required in order to form a Team, while 8-10 persons are required to form a Corporate Team.

10. 如果我以團隊隊長/工商隊隊長報名，我會知道我的組員完成網上登記嗎?

●會。當隊員完成網上登記後，隊長會即時收到電郵通知。

If I am a Team Leader, will I know if my Team Members complete registration?

●Yes. You will receive email notification instantly when your Team Members finish the online registration.

11. 我可以在報名後更改我的個人資料、參與組別和挑戰等級嗎?

●一旦完成報名後，所遞交的個人資料、參與組別及挑戰等級將不能更改。如你有特別原因（如更改郵寄地址），請電郵至[email protected]查詢。

Can I change my personal information, category and challenge level after the registration?

●All personal information, registered category and challenge level cannot be changed once your registration is completed. Please email [email protected] for any special request.

12. 我可以在活動進行前或活動期間，將我已確認的報名名額轉讓予其他人嗎?

●一旦成功報名後，你的報名名額及報名費用及捐款均不能轉讓。

Can I transfer my registration to another person before the event takes place/ during the race period?

●No, you are not allowed to transfer your registration to another person.

13. 如忘記了參加者帳戶的登入名稱及密碼，我該怎樣做?

●你登記的電郵地址及手提號碼便是你的參加者帳戶的登入名稱及密碼。你不用重設密碼。如持續不能登入，請電郵至[email protected]與我們聯絡。

What should I do if I forget my login details to the Personal Dashboard?

●The login details are your registered email and mobile number. There is no need to reset password. Please email [email protected] if you still encounter problem logging in.
