活動條款及細則 RULES & REGULATIONS
1.活動屬自願參與性質，倘若於活動期間遇上任何包括傷亡事故或蒙受財物損失，參加者願意承擔一切責任，並不會向主辦單位（心光盲人院暨學校，下稱：「心光」）追究任何賠償或法律責任。
Participation in the Event is voluntary and at the own risk of participants and that participants will not hold the Organizer (Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impaired) responsible for death or any injury or any other financial loss.
2.參加者必須確保在網上報名所提供的資料正確無誤。完成網上報名及付款後，參加者將不能更改其個人資料、所選參與組別及挑戰項目。
All information provided for online registration by participants must be true and accurate.
3.所有參加者／隊伍可在2020年12月21日開始網上報名參加《心光傲行》及捐款，並在2020年12月24日09:30至2021年1月15日23:59內完成所選的挑戰項及於「參加者帳戶」記錄及上載步行成績（注意：只限上載三次）。
All participants/teams can start registering and making donation online for “Walk with PRIDE” on 21 December 2020, while they have to complete the chosen race distance, enter and upload the results on “Participant Dashboard” during the period from 24 December 2020 09:30 till 15 January 2021 23:59 (Note: Result uploading is limited to 3 times only).
4.任何18歲以下的參加者，必須在網上報名時聲明已獲家長或監護人同意參加是次活動。
Any participant under the age of 18 must declare at the time of online registration that they have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this event.
5.所有隊伍隊長必須為18歲以上人士，並在報名時作出聲明。
All team leaders must be aged 18 or above and make such declaration at registration.
6.完成網上報名及付款後，即表示參加者遵守及接受在此及其後所有由「心光」所定下之一切活動條款、細則及安排。
Upon the completion of online registration and payment, participants are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of the event, the official rules as stipulated and to those that may be later introduced by the Ebenezer.
7.若參加者提供錯誤資料、資料不全或未完成付款，「心光」有權取消其參加活動的資格，如已繳費亦將不獲退還。「心光」會以電話或whatsapp方式，向參加者查詢或要求補充資料。
Ebenzer reserves the right to cancel the registration of any participant without refund of the payment if they have provided false information, failed to make the required payment, or failed to meet the registration requirements. Ebenezer reserves the right to contact participants by phone or whatsapp for any additional information required for registration.
8.參加者名額不可轉讓。
Quota for participants is non-transferrable.
9.心光將保留取消觸犯、違反或不遵守任何活動規則之人士的參加資格及成績的權利。被取消資格的參加者之最低籌款額及任何捐款，將不獲退還，參加者亦不獲頒發任何證書。
In case of violation, breach or non‐observance of any terms and conditions of the event, Ebenezer reserves the right to disqualify any participant and / or invalidate his or her result. Any paid donation will not be refunded and participants will not be issued any certificates under such circumstances.
10.主辦單位擁有活動之最終決定權。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消，將於「心光」網頁、活動網頁及「心光」Facebook公布。任何最低籌款額或捐款，將不獲退還。
Ebenzer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Please refer to Ebenezer website, event website and Facebook page for any changes or contingent measures of the event. Any paid donation will not be refunded.
11.收集個人資料聲明──參加者明白並同意「心光」經是次活動所收集的個人資料（包括姓名、電話號碼、電郵地址及郵寄地址）只會用作寄發「心光」通訊及活動等資料，以及開立收據、邀請、宣傳推廣及收集意見等有關用途。
Collection of personal data – Participants understand and agree that all personal data collected for the event (including name, telephone number, email and mailing addresses) may be used by Ebenezer for the purposes of sending organization updates, receipt issuance, event invitations, fundraising, service promotion, collection of opinions, etc.
