The 1st “Nature Hikeathon & Treasure Hunt @KFBG” Charity Event consists of an 8 km Hikeathon, Treasure Hunt and Nature Bazaar. Participants can sign up for the event, respectively.
Nature Hikeathon @KFBG
Participants of the Nature Hikeathon @KFBG should finish the 8km mountain route by the way of four checkpoints. After finishing the designated tasks, participants can collect a stamp at each checkpoint to record their achievements. The checkpoints will be set at major scenic spots of KFBG, namely Kadoorie Brothers Memorial Pavilion, Kwun Yum Shan Summit, Old Signpost Corner and Jim Ades Raptor Sanctuary. The event demonstrates to participants how KFBG since its foundation by the Kadoorie Brothers in the 1950s has gradually transformed its role from the Kadoorie Agricultural Aid Association (KAAA) that supported villagers to a nature reserve in Hong Kong rebuilding the connection between humans and nature.

After the tasks are completed, they can scan their chips to record their scores. In completing the tasks, participants can interact with nature to learn a great variety of wildlife and seasonal produce to experience the connection between humans and the natural environment. These activities hold special significance. Families or different age groups are welcome to participate in these activities together.
