1. 每個參與組別可取得甚麼活動紀念品?

What kind of souvenirs are available in each category (individual, team and corporation)?

2. 我可以額外選購活動紀念品嗎?

• 可以。歡迎到「購買紀念品」選購運動毛巾及運動背心。

Can I order extra no. of event souvenirs?

• Yes, you can purchase Sports Towel and Sports Vest at “SHOP NOW”.

3.我可以怎樣及何時額外訂購的紀念品?

• 成功付款後，主辦單位將會在7個工作天日內將額外訂購的活動紀念品以順豐到付寄至參加者的郵寄地址。運費由參加者負擔。

How and when will I collect the additional purchased souvenirs?

• After successful payment, the additional purchased souvenirs will be delivered to your registered address within 7 working days by SF Express. The delivery fee will be borne by you. 

4. 如我參與個人組別，我可以怎樣及何時領取我的活動紀念品 / 紀念獎牌?

• 活動紀念品:

主辦單位將會在2020年12月18日前將你參加組別的活動紀念品 (紀念獎牌除外) 郵寄給你。請在報名時確保所填的郵寄地址正確。包裹寄出後，主辦單位將不會補發活動紀念品。

紀念獎牌:

主辦單位會在2021年1月31日前根據你在報名時登記的郵寄地址寄出紀念獎牌，如需更改郵寄地址，請在12月30日前電郵至[email protected]通知主辦單位以作出安排。包裹寄出後，主辦單位將不會補發獎牌。

How and when will I collect the souvenir pack / finisher medal if I am an Individual Participant?

• Souvenir pack:

The souvenir pack (excluding medal) will be delivered to your registered address by post before 18 December 2020 after successful registration. Please ensure you have filled in the correct delivery address in registration. The Organizer regrets that reissuance will not be made once the package has been delivered.

The finisher medal:

The finisher medal will be mailed to your registered address on or before 31 January 2021. Please email [email protected] if you would like to update your mailing address on or before 30 December 2020. The Organizer regrets that reissuance will not be made once the package has been delivered.

5. 如我參與團體 / 工商隊組別，我可以怎樣及何時領取我的活動紀念品 / 紀念獎牌?

• 活動紀念品:

如參加團隊組別，主辦單位會在2020年12月18日前將全隊的活動紀念品 (紀念獎牌除外) 以郵寄形式統一寄至團隊隊長/工商隊管理員。請在報名時確保所填的郵寄地址正確。包裹寄出後，主辦單位將不會補發活動紀念品。

如參加工商隊組別，主辦單位會在在2020年12月18日前將全隊的活動紀念品 (紀念獎牌除外) 以順豐形式統一寄至團隊隊長/工商隊管理員，運費由奧比斯負擔。請在報名時確保所填的郵寄地址正確。包裹寄出後，主辦單位將不會補發活動紀念品。

紀念獎牌:

我們會在2021年1月31日前把隊伍的紀念獎牌統一寄至團體隊長 / 工商隊管理員的郵寄地址，如需更改郵寄地址，請在12月30日前電郵至[email protected]通知主辦單位以作出安排。包裹寄出後，主辦單位將不會補發獎牌。

請團體隊長 / 工商隊管理與隊員聯絡及分發活動紀念品及紀念獎牌。

How and when will I collect the souvenir packs / finisher medal if I am a Team Leader or Team Member? (For Teams and Corporations)

• Souvenir pack:

For Team category, Team Leader will receive the souvenirs (excluding medal) via delivery by postbefore 18 December 2020 for the whole Team after successful registration. Please ensure you have filled in the correct delivery address in registration. The Organizer regrets that reissuance will not be made once the package has been delivered.

For Corporate category, Team admin will receive the souvenirs (excluding medal) via delivery by SF Express before 18December 2020 for the whole Team after successful registration. The delivery fee will be borne by Orbis. Please ensure you have filled in the correct delivery address in registration. The Organizer regrets that reissuance will not be made once the package has been delivered.

The Finisher medal:

The Finisher medal will be mailed to Team Leader/ Team admin’s registered address on or before 31 January 2021. Please email[email protected] if you would like to update your mailing address on or before 30 December 2020. The Organizer regrets that reissuance will not be made once the package has been delivered.

Team Leader / Team admin can contact their team members to distribute the souvenirs and Finisher medal.

6. 甚麼是長氣鬼、快腳鬼、最高籌款大獎及最人強馬壯大獎?

• 長氣鬼大獎（完成最長運動距離）

參加者 / 參加隊伍在2020年11月30日至2020年12月30日活動期間累積最長距離，即可根據其參與組別嬴取以下相應的「亞洲萬里通」里數獎勵：

如在同一參與組別中多於一位參加者 / 團隊 / 工商隊累積相同距離，主辦單位將根據其上傳記錄的總時間，以更快完成者勝出。

• 快腳鬼（最快完成挑戰路線距離）

在2020年11月30日至12月30日活動期間最快完成5條挑戰路線及上傳里數記錄的首名參加者 / 參加隊伍，可根據其參與組別嬴取以下的「亞洲萬里通」里數獎勵：

• 亞洲萬里通大獎

橫跨任何組別及挑戰路線，在2020年11月30日至12月30日活動期間以跑步 / 步行 / 遠足的形式累積最長距離的一位參加者^ 將獲得60,000「亞洲萬里通」里數。

• 其它挑戰項目

^所有獎項均以每一參加者帳戶為單位。如參加者擁有多於一個參加者帳戶 (即代表參加者參加多於一項挑戰路線) ，不同帳戶的運動里數紀錄及/或籌款紀錄不會被累積計算。

*主辦單位會在核對運動里數紀錄及/或籌款紀錄後把得獎團隊/ 工商隊隊伍贏取的亞洲萬里通里數全數存入團隊隊長/ 工商隊隊長的亞洲萬里通帳戶，請隊長與隊員自行處理所得里數。

What are Longest Distance Award, Fastest Completion Award, Grand Prize Asia Miles Award, Top Fundraising Awards and Most Participants Award?

• Longest Distance Award

Participants who accumulated the longest distance within the event period 30 November – 30 December 2020 will be rewarded with corresponding Asia Miles, depending on the Category of participants:

If participants from the same category accumulated the same distance, the one who recorded a faster time will rank higher and win.

• Fastest Completion Award

Participants who first completed each of the 5 Virtual Routes and upload mileage records within the event period 30 November – 30 December 2020 will be rewarded with corresponding Asia Miles depending on the Category and Virtual Routes of participants:

• Grand Prize - Asia Miles Award

Regardless of the Category and Virtual Route enrolled, the one participant who accumulated the longest distance within the event period 30 November – 30 December 2020 will be awarded with 60,000 Asia Miles^.

• Other Awards

^All awards are based on each Participant’s Login Account. If the pariticpant has more than one Login Accounts (i.e. the participant joins more than one races), the running mileage accrued and donation raised on different accounts will NOT be accumulated for the purpose of entering into the awards.

*The Asia Miles will be credited to Team Leader/ Corporate Team Leader’s membership account after verification of the winning teams’ mileage records and fundraising records.

7. 我如何挑戰「快腳鬼」?

• 要挑戰「快腳鬼」，你需於2020年11月30日00:00至12月30日23:59內以最快的時間完成指定的挑戰路線及上傳運動里數記錄到你的參加者帳户。主辦單位將會在參加者上傳紀錄後24小時內驗證記錄真偽，並將結果上載到活動排名表。主辦單位將不會接受及驗證在上述時間以外進行及上傳的運動里數紀錄。如在同一參與組別中多於一位參加者 / 團隊 / 工商隊 同時間完成指定的挑戰路線，主辦單位將根據其上傳記錄時間，以更快上傳紀錄者勝出。

How could I enter into the competition for Fastest Completion Award?

• For entering into the Fastest Completion Award, you must complete the Virtual Route and upload the corresponding mileage record to your Participant Dashboard as soon as possible during 00:00am on 30 November to 23:59pm on 30 December 2020. Records will be verified by the Organizer within 24 hours after upload and the result will be shown on the Event Leaderboard. Records generated and uploaded outside the said period will NOT be accepted and verified by the Organizer.

If two participants/ Teams / Corporate Team in the same Category complete the route at the same time, the party who first completed uploading the mileage record will win after verification by the Organizer.

8. 何時公佈比賽結果？

• 主辦單位將會在2021年1月8日或以前在活動排名表公佈比賽結果，並以電郵及電話形式通知各得獎者 /隊伍。所有得獎者 (包括得獎團隊 / 工商隊隊伍中的所有隊員)需在2021年1月18日或之前攜同存有運動里數紀錄的手提電話或智能裝備，親臨奧比斯香港辦公室核實獲獎資格。 

When will the result be announced?

• The Organizer will announce the result on Event Leaderboard on or before 8 January 2021. Winners will be notified by the Organizer by email and phone on or before 8 January 2021. All winners (including all team members of winning teams/corporates) are required to present in person the mileage record on mobile devices for Organizer’s checking before confirming the eligibility for the Asia Miles award on or before 18 January 2021.

9. 甚麼時候可拿到贏取的「亞洲萬里通」里數? 何時是「亞洲萬里通」里數到期日?

• 在確認獲獎資格後，主辦單位將所有得獎者的姓名，「亞洲萬里通」會員號碼以及所贏得的里程數轉交「亞洲萬里通」處理。所贏得的「亞洲萬里通」里數將於2021年3月15日前存入獲獎者的「亞洲萬里通」會員帳戶，有效期由存入帳戶計起18個月內。有關「亞洲萬里通」的使用條款及細則，請參閱https://www.asiamiles.com/zh/terms-and-conditions.html#。有關「亞洲萬里通」里數積分的使用詳情，請參閱 https://www.asiamiles.com/zh/terms-and-conditions/about-the-program/mileage-credits.html#。

When will the Asia Miles won be credited? When will the Asia Miles expire?

• After verifying the eligibility of winners, the Organizer will provide winners’ names, Asia Miles Membership number and the amount of miles won to Asia Miles for record. The Asia Miles won will be credited to the winner’s membership account on or before 15 March 2021 and will expire in 18 months from the date of credit.
